  • This place is beyond lame. We came for a free show that my friend wanted to see, and couldn't wait to leave. They were advertising "$2 drafts for the first hour", so we went to the bar, and asked about them. The bartender said that they don't do drafts at that bar, and waved us over to another bar on the other side of the venue. The line was half a mile long! We didn't really have anything better to do, so we decided to wait in it (the hour was almost up when we got our drinks). When we got towards the front, we saw that the actual bar wasn't even open. There was a cart in front of the bar with 1 tiny girl pouring foamy bud lights into 6 ounce cups for people. We downed 3 each, and went to look for the bathroom. The line to the bathroom was half a mile long too! They have 2 stalls to accommodate a theater with a 900 person capacity! By the way, this place wasn't even 1/6th full when we went. We realized that we were allowed to go in, and out, so we went and hung out at the casino, waiting for the band we came for to go on. (We then realized that there was a clean, empty casino bathroom directly across from the theater that we could have used. :l ) We went back in, and walked up to the front of the stage to see the band play. I couldn't even handle being up there for more than 10 minutes. The main speakers are 15 feet apart, so if you're anywhere near the stage, prepare to get blasted half way to hell. We were almost right in the center, and it still felt like I was getting hammered in the right ear, and barely hearing anything in the left. I decided to move towards the back, because I value my hearing to some extent. My friend stayed by the stage, and is still nursing her headache a full day later. They have better sound quality at most of the dive bars I go to for shows, which is saying a lot. It would take quite a show to get me to come back here.
