  • Not only did the staff improperly make my order when it was marked clearly and correctly on the receipt, but they did not remake my order after 40 minutes of waiting, and asking the employee twice when my food would be ready. It eventually got to the point where I could no longer wait, so I asked for a refund. The sales associate had taken my receipt when I first reported my order as incorrect and had thrown away my receipt.
