  • I have never had a service done at this salon but I called to make an appointment. Told the woman who answered the phone I was a new client. She did not have an appt with the stylist I picked till the end of the month so I said I could go with someone else who is well experienced. I have a 1 and 4 year old who started getting noisy. She said she was going to put me on hold which she actually just set the phone down. I could still hear them talking then after 3minutes of waiting she hung up the phone on me. Not really off the a great and professional start.
