  • This review is solely based on our experience today. The gal working the train station did not greet us even after we said Good morning. She was more interested in combing her hair and playing with her phone. Jenetti i believe was her name, when we asked for info about the train it was like pulling teeth. It was like we were bothering her and didn't want to help and just stared at us. We didn't come here today to be given attitude. Definitely needs an attitude adjustment or maybe switch to a job she enjoys where you don't have to interact with people. You cannot be rude and unpleasant when you work in customer service especially when you work around kids!
