  • Pretty decent establishment, it's a little dark on the inside at all hours of the day but that's an aesthetic, I suppose. I will agree with most people that it is a staple for college students and is the ideal place on a weeknight to go and drink. The shot pitchers are not really up my alley, they're sugary and weak but the cheap pitchers of beer definitely keep me coming back. The happy hours are a little confusing to get used to since they are always at odd times, like noon or 10pm, but the specials are totally worth it. My biggest problem with this place would have to be that the food is not good. At all. But I usually go for the cheap beer and Hem's hasn't failed at that yet. I'll be back many more times!
