| - I moved to Madison a few years ago, and hadn't found a place that I felt comfortable with. The places I had visited in Madison had been a bit stuffy, or overpriced. This place was not the case. Even though I put the appointment in my calendar wrong, and caught a little grief for it (I felt like an idiot to be honest), we were able to get set up. I thought that the interior was fun. A lot better than other places where you stare at inspirational framed photos or bland walls. Here, you have stuff to look at that is really interesting! I appreciate that.
I did the pedicure with Angie. It was a lot of fun. She was attentive and had a great personality. Hard to not be laughing it seemed. She was also honest, which I appreciate. The other ladies doing pedicures near me were also super funny. I liked the set up, because I'm not a fan of the massaging chairs. These were sturdy, and safe to actually climb down! (This is not the case at most places!)
Afterwards, I got my hair cut. Angie really listened to what I wanted, and I was pretty open as well. I did not opt for coloring because I didn't want to spend the entire day at the salon on my day off.
I really love how their booking is set up on line. The fact that I can see what is available, with pricing might I add, makes me more likely to come back.
Plus, there was no hustle at the end for products. I respect that. They sell this awesome hair line called Trionics that not only made my hair awesome, but also was EXTREMELY affordable. I'm a fan! I will be coming back and getting some of that awesome color changing nail polish!!
