  • So, I just wrote a not so great review on Morton steakhouse in Las Vegas . I came to Hugo Cellars the night before and it was outstanding as it always is. I tend to write reviews when I'm not happy, so here is a great review. I like that the give women roses when they walk in. I enjoy the great service by the tenured wait staff. Salads made tableside. Cocktails come in an ice bucket which is 3 times a normal pour. It's old school and I love it.
