  • AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Downsview Chrystler Dodge Jeep Ltd. provides the absolute worst service I have ever received from a dealership. The employees are extremely rude, will try to sneak in add-ons to "up sell" everything and will even try to gouge you on replacement parts by charging in excess of what Chrystler dictates, which is illegal. I went in looking to fix my rad and replace the rad cap. Seeing as several of my family members work for Chrystler I was already aware of the cost and even provided them the part item numbers to expedite the process. Without my consent they tried to replace all four brakes, two tires, tire rods, rad pump and scope my electrical system in addition to looking at the rad. They also tried to tell me the rad was $1,200 to replace when it is actually $300 plus labour, which I confirmed with Chrystler corporate and my local repair shop. After calling me a liar I proceeded to explain to management that I would be using my family contact to investigate their actions. They quickly changed their tune "off the record" and charged me the market price of $300. Luckily I could use this as leverage; the average consumer would simply be fodder. Also their charge out rate per hour is $175 which is higher than most other dealerships because of their "high class service." There's no point voicing your concern with anyone else but the owner as they simply don't care, they're slime balls just like the salesmen and only see you as a walking dollar sign. Everyone associated with this company should be ashamed.
