| - Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had in a nail salon. MANI/PEDI IN AND OUT IN UNDER 30 MINS. HORRENDOUS SERVICE.
The place looks beautiful when you walk in, but it stops there. I walked in at 11 am on a Saturday morning. Not long after they opened and informed them that I wanted to get a mani/pedi. I picked my polish and was told to sit down. As I went to sit down and set my purse on the side table, I was a bit taken aback at how filthy the mirrored tables were. Every single one of them. I set my feet in the water, and the technician came over. She immediately asked me if I wanted a deluxe, which I declined.
I turned to speak to my friend seated next to me whom was visiting from out of town. The tech said take your foot out and tapped my right leg abruptly. It hadn't even soaked for 15 seconds. She quickly took the polish off and I continued on with my conversation. She interrupted again and said "do you at least want a deluxe on your manicure" I said no thank you and she rolled her eyes. We tried to carry on with the convo and this girl again interrupted us. What she said to my guest next blew my mind... She looks at her and says, "are those your real eyebrows, like is that the real color, or do you dye them". My friend has strawberry blonde hair and the eyebrows to match and replied yes, they're all mine. This girl then proceeds to say "wow. Do you really want them that way?" I couldn't believe it. My friend gracefully replied yes, I'm happy with my natural eyebrow color in shock. By then, my toes were done...it took 10 mins. No calluses shaved, no top coat on my polish. Unreal. She told me to move over to the nail bar for my hands.
She quickly started my 'manicure' yanking my fingers into positions I didn't know were possible. My friend is again next to me and this lady interrupts us abruptly again asking me if I want my eyebrows waxed. I said no and that I had just had them done a week ago. She gave me a taken aback look and replied "wow your hair must grow fast". Are you kidding me?!!!! I seriously felt like there was a hidden camera crew about to come out. She asked me to pay before the polish and I did with a card. She didn't articulate to me that you have to tell them the tip amount first. There was no option to add one when the slip came. I asked her about it and then informed me I had to either do that or give cash which I did not have. Even with poor service I would never not leave somebody a tip. She said don't worry about it grabbed the slip and went over to talk crap to the employees at the register. She came back painted my nails (no top coat again) slammed the polish on the counter and said "All finished. Have a nice day" and stormed away to talk to other people right in front of us.
There were no fans, there was no quick dry spray and if there was I was not directed to it. At this point I just wanted to get the heck out of there. I started to get out of my chair and nicked my big toe, smudging the polish. She turned and saw us talking about what to do, turned back around and ignored it. MY FRIEND HAD TO TRY TO FIX MY TOE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SALON BECAUSE SHE WOULD NOT HELP ME! Unreal. This is all because I wouldn't upgrade to a deluxe. DO NOT GO HERE. I could've done a better job myself by a landslide.
