  • First time I had a 3 star rating.. Let's go to the details The Up!! 5 star The Rooms are done nicely.. Renovated from what use to be called Alladin Hotel .. Still has the big room set up.. Their in competitived with other par hotels with their very very reasonable rates.. To avail this good rates?? Join the Total Rewards..its a free thing that gives you discounts on all their hotels.. Caesar palace, flamingo, Cromwell , etc Was proving to my friend how you could get a big rate discount ., Expedia price $69 Hotel price on the Web $59 now after you join Total Rewards? $39 !!! Now the 2 Stars I could had given!!! The walk to the hotel reception check in is at the back of the hotel..we took the shuttle to the hotel and had to traverse our way .. We arrived at 11am showed my Total rewards..the receptionist informed me we could check in early if we PAY the $20 early check-in fee !!!! I was shocked at first.. My mind was in a fast track backwards like a Time Machine!! Did I was charged with the Early Checked-in at the other hotels I stayed in Vegas? I've checked in at the Pallazo hotel 3 Times, 5 at the Bellagio. 3 at the Wynn &1 at the Trump Tower... But was never offered me for an early fee... My High End snobby instinct was triggered.. Told my self .. Really!!!!!!! I just said to my mind in a professional calmly voice thats ok I'd wait for the 3pm check in time.. The receptionist gesture was unflattering .As if fine I'll hide your keys.. Go outside and give your suitcase to the bellman Overall.. I'd comeback here if I'm with my Budgeted friends .. You'll never go wrong. Cheap rates with a very decent Room... Receptionist should undergo Customer service skills on how to explain the Early Check-in Fee.. Well groom and Smiles are the keys...
