  • This is my first review on yelp. I came to Dick's Sporting Goods to get new hiking shoes. I walked around for 10 minutes and waited to be helped. I finally go and find an associate to help me. He brings me a pair of Merrells. There associates are not very helpful. So then I want to try on a second pair of shoes. I go back to the same associate and ask to try on a different shoe. Ten minutes go by and nothing. I look over and he is helping someone else. Didn't bother coming to find me or anything. I ask another associate, and she says he is with another customer, except when I asked him for the second shoes he was by himself and doing nothing. WTF. Well that's cool. I'll go to sports chalet. Or sports authority, or amazon next time. Did I mention this is the second time I've had a horrible experience with the exact same associate in shoes. Awful.
