  • Parasol up is open! (just not down). Overall, the drinks were solid! Nice place to have a drink, socialize, and people watch. The low review is due to the service. Our waitress was hardly around. We understand she's busy. The last straw was when she gave us our check. Then out of nowhere, she rudely walked up, and said "DONE?". It was almost a command... our friend said "yes" thinking she would clear the empty glass. Instead she took the bill, and took all the money. Didn't even think twice of asking us if we needed change. It was a high amount left for tip relative to the bill, and she never walked back our way. We felt so cheated. Watch out for your money here! That waitress will scam you and take all your money... without even one thank you.
