  • so I was hearing great things about this place and they totally met way below my expectations. The receptionist were very friendly and made the check in/check out process smooth. However my requested nail tech was 15 minutes late and when she arrived she didn't even apologize for her tardiness. As you can see in the attached photos below I wanted the blue 09 color and my nails did not turn out that way at all. MIND YOU. That was an extra cost. The nail color was put on sloppy and rushed. The place started getting busy and instead of being attentive to my nails my nail tech was too focused on trying to move on to the next customer and started already talking to someone else to help them before my nails were even done, which was extremely rude. She was literally rushing me out of my seat before I even finished and I was still nice enough to leave a tip . Point being, I will definitely not be coming back or referring anybody here
