  • STAY AWAY from this place if you have anything important to get done. The owner/manager Enrique is highly unprofessional, completely lacks the necessary knowledge for the business he runs and is shockingly outright rude to the customers. Our company has been working with numerous reprographic companies for over 20 years and this was by far the worse experience- and the first time I've taken the time to write a negative review for one. We work for a large engineering company and the proposals we put together are sometimes very high valued. Having done so many of these, I've learned that the best thing to do when things go wrong is to keep a level head. Instead of focusing on the blame, keep focused on resolving the issues so that the product gets done correctly and on time. Unfortunately Enrique's ego is much bigger than his business sense because if he handled the situation professionally, he really could have earned some very good business in this tough economy. However, after he botched up one thing after another, not even being able to do some very basic print services, he actually blew up on our company. He puffed up and started swearing obscenities saying that our company had screwed everything up. Still, I stayed cool and simply asked them to focus on finishing the product. Of course we will never go back there and we will advise others of the same to try and spare them the grief. Unfortunately, the problem seems to stem from the poor leadership and not from the staff themselves. This place may be fine if you need to print out a high school project or something simple. However, if you are a professional and looking for professional service, stay away from this place- the owner is not equipped to handle the pressure and there are many other companies out there that will do much better. P.S. The rest of my team did a fantastic job at compensating for the incompetence of Alphagraphics on this task, and we were able to successfully deliver the proposal on time.
