  • Visiting Las Vegas and staying on the strip, as most tourists do. They wouldn't come pick us up because of the "high traffic". Arrived at my pick up time, and waited 45 more minutes for our car as they were "touching it up." When we finally got it, it was dripping wet and had clearly just been washed.
