  • I rented originally from American Residential properties, and ended up non renewing my lease to move halfway across the valley. They were timely in their renewal options, although I did not renew, and were in contact throughout the move out process. The guy that did the inspection was available through phone and email which was convenient, and I got the move out inspection the same day. It's been 3 weeks ( they have 30 days) and I just got a letter about our refund which should be coming soon. I know people like to hate on property management companies, but they did a good job and were honest, and I would rent from them again in the future.
