  • Stopped in to have my battery checked, it was dead. Free replacement based on warranty. However, my battery cables were badly corroded and upon installing the new battery, the ground cable broke due to corrosion (purchased new sealed battery, even though it was more expensive, now no more corrosion!) Store Manager Ryan G inspected the cables and recommended replacing the cables, but since my truck was not able to run and I was leaving town the next day on a 10 hour 1 way drive to take my son to college, he used his experience and spent close to 2 hours of his time cutting out a piece of the cable, attaching a splice to the cut off end of the cable to be able to attach to the new battery. Ryan saved my trip because my other vehicle was not reliable for this trip. Thank you Ryan! You are a ROCK STAR!!!
