  • I didn't even make it to this office and won't be going now. I called this morning, I've got a tooth that's really bothering me. I let them know right up front that I'm a new patient. They were able to get me in tomorrow evening which is great since I'm in pain. They told me the last new patient appointment they take is at 4pm. I work until 4pm but will make it work since I am hurting. I get a call back a few minutes later that they now want me to come in earlier as they've now decided that 4 is too late and none of their dentist want to work their office hours that day. What is wrong with businesses these days? Guess what, there are days I don't want to stay at my job until closing either but as a business it's important to follow your posted business hours. Save yourself some frustration and go to another office.
