  • Horrible customer service. Extremely rude, not helpful at all, no knowledge about the phones, plans and in general anything! I've been with AT&T for many years now, and never had a problem before. After my last visit at this location, I started looking around at other wireless service providers. Not sure yet if I will switch to another company, but what I do know is that I will NEVER set foot again at this location! If you want to visit an AT&T store, stay away from this one! I'm sure any other location will be a lot better!!!
