  • I was ready to give this place 1 star but Bones did a wonderful job making up for his coworkers horrendous customer service. I was in Vegas for work and wanted a place to have a few drinks without having the congestion of the strip. Upon my arrival, I wasn't greeted by the server. I think his name is Bill - a big guy with no personality whatsoever. I asked for a beer recommendation and he gave me the most awful beer ever. He never offered the food menu and never asked how I was doing or if I need another drink (it wasn't busy at all). Luckily for me, he left after 20 minutes and Bones replaced him. Bones was the complete opposite. We conversed about different beers and I was able to get some food (finally). I will definitely go back but if Bill is there, I will walk out.
