  • I had my first appointment today with a doctor I love who had transferred to this Medical Group. When I arrived, there where 3 front office people behind the counter and not one of them paid any attention to me as they were too busy chatting and giggling. They were also a bit ruffled due to the fact their computers where down. Now, I get that, but you do not project your frustrations with the computers being down onto the patient. The front office staff was extremely unprofessional. When they finally broke apart the gal that was left had a very bad attitude. Again, I understand she was frustrated due to the computer being down, but you do not take your attitude on to the patient. I then proceeded to the waiting room which was down a short hallway to fill out the new patient paperwork. While I was out there I noticed that a medical staff assistant does not come in and call your name, they shout it from the other end of the hallway! I finally got up and told the gal at the front desk I was leaving as they were out of control. I will not be going back there and will miss my doctor. It's too bad he got transferred to such an unprofessional medical group.
