  • I come here often and find that they never restock items. I see empty shelves all the time, the vegetable and fruits area is always a mess. I've accidentally bought items that have been expired or on their way of being expired (within 1 day). Customer service is a hit or miss. Some days you'll get friendly cashiers other days you'll get attitude. I know people who work at Costco who deal with multitudes of people per day but still have amazing customer service and friendly workers and they always keep up on restocking. It's a shame frys doesn't implicate their example. This location also has some crazy, and dare I say- trashy customers. I've never seen so many shoplifting attempts in my life until i came here. Also a lot of older folks. I vowed to never use their public restrooms or touch the shopping carts without sanitizing wipes. There's a better, although busier, frys near signal butte. Will probably frequent that one more.
