| - I usually really like Dresslers, so I hate to have to downgrade this review. For the most part it was good, but the fact that I ordered a medium Filet Mignon and it came to me over well-done is unacceptable for this fine dining establishment. I let the waiter know and they re-made the steak this time it was med-rare, but I just sucked it up and ate it since my family was already almost done with their food. Now normally when something is sent back to the kitchen the manager brings it to you or at the very least comes by the table to apologize, well that didn't happen. Secondly, I ordered a Washington Apple to drink, which is Whisky, sour apple liqueur, and cranberry juice. The waiter took the order without issue, when I got my drink it was just whiskey and cranberry juice, so I asked him, where is the Apple? He then decided to tell me they don't carry the apple liqueur...ummm the name of the drink is called Washington Apple, sir!...so why wouldn't you say that at the time I asked for it, so then I had to order something else and wait for that, no apology. I was really unhappy with this visit to Dresslers and I'm really not sure when I'll be returning. Oh by the way, This was NOT during restaurant week, not that it should matter, but sometimes service suffers a restaurants during that busy week, but this was not that week.
