  • Fresh new Vietnamese restaurant. I had the pork chop combination. The pork was nicely done. It had a nice char to it but still remained very juicy. I went twice in one weekend during my recent visit to LV. The staff is very friendly and personable; something that is often lacking in an Asian restaurant. The only con is they are rather slow in getting the food to the table. We actually got our appetizers AFTER we already finished our main entree. Hopefully they will work out this problem soon.
