  • I went to Men's Wearhouse for some new duds on Tuesday for an event this weekend. Marcus did a great job helping find some nice clothes that fit right. I spent more than I wanted to, but got a nice getup. Went back today to pick up my slacks after their alterations (which were ready when promised) and found everything was on sale. I asked the manager, Victor about it, and he was kind enough to not only refund the price differences (roughly 30% of my bill), but let me walk out with an additional shirt and tie since those were now buy one get one free. No fussing or haggling; just "sure, we can do that". Nothing but a pleasurable experience from beginning to end. You rarely see such good service anywhere anymore. I very rarely have to shop for fancy clothes, but next time I do, I'll be sure to go back.
