  • Read the number of complaints made to the BBB and this companies awful responses to them. I had a horrible experience with them. We purchased $10,000 worth of stainless steel appliances with this company, a dishwasher, gas stove, hood range, built in microwave and a panel ready fridge. The day of delivery we received all of the stainless steel appliances and a BLACK fridge! We called the company immediately to exchange for the one we ordered, the gave a form to fill out and send to their "returns" department along with pictures. A day later we received a cold, unapologetic email saying our EXCHANGE was denied because they sent us the specs and we should have read the fine print!!! What?! You will see in the attached pictures the fridge that was advertised and the fridge we received! Unacceptable and now we are stuck with a $3,000.00 black fridge, $600.00 we have to eat from paying our cabinet maker to build the custom panels for our fridge AND we will end up having to buy another fridge elsewhere!!! Please do not buy from these greedy, scam artists! Stay tuned for the CTV special on this poor business practice!
