  • I'd say more accurately 3.5 stars. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. The exhibits are really cool and the animals genuinely seem like they're taken care of and cared for. The only thing that kind of ruined the experience was how insanely crowded it was with children and adults. It was so loud. Generally if I could find a time when a huge crowd wasn't there, I'd go back.
