  • I went to order a "make your own salad" and they mixed the salad with the dressing, I then asked them to add some spinach and they said they had to take out some of the lettuce if I wanted spinach. So they were literally going to throw out lettuce, rather than keep the extra lettuce in the bowl and give it to me. I even offered to PAY extra for the spinach and she said she could not do that. I asked to talk to the manager and the lady who was making the salad said she was the manager and there was nothing she could do. I was so upset that my boyfriend and I left and went across the street to another restaurant. I can see limiting the amount of chicken or toppings, but lettuce is so inexpensive that this makes no sense. This is really a shame because my boyfriend and I have been going there for a long time and now we are too upset to eat there again.
