  • Don't waste your time with this place. I spent almost nine months with this "business" during my pregnancy and I regret not choosing a different one. Everything you would hope for in a healthcare provider is missing here: 1. No quality time or bedside manner. We're all just cattle, not patients. I always felt super rushed during my visits with the doctor. The overall feeling I got from the office is that everyone is overwhelmed, overworked and stressed. With the exception of one amiable PA, no one cracks a smile or is friendly - they all seem to be focused on getting their tasks accomplished. When it came time to deliver, my baby was held back as we waited on the doctor. It was just during this final wait that I was in the worst pain of my life, even with an epidural. It was traumatizing, to say the least, for me and even my husband. When the doctor finally arrived, he quickly delivered the baby and left. He came to discharge me the next day and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. When I spoke with him at my postpartum appointment, he told me that his schedule does not allow for him to arrive too early (apparently being dilated to a 10 was too early) since some babies can take up to 2-3 hours to arrive and he does not have time in his schedule for that. 2. Wait time is forever. I get it, sometimes you have to wait awhile to see the doctor. Here, you are waiting at least an hour every time you go in. It is routine to witness frustrated patients complaining (sometimes yelling) to the front desk staff about the wait time. There were also a couple times where the waiting room was so packed that my husband had to stand since there was nowhere to sit. I know they are clearly aware that people are annoyed with the wait time but the fact that the problem continues to persist shows me that they have not addressed the issue. Also, when you place a call to the office, it can be difficult to get someone on the line. If you do, you'll most likely be placed on a long hold. 3. Disorganized. It is a very busy office, probably too busy. I have accidentally been billed twice for the same thing. In addition, these same bills had someone else's name on them but were actually mine. The printout of my medical history had mistakes in it. I brought everything to their attention and the errors were fortunately fixed. Steer clear is my suggestion.
