  • Missy Sipes is Amazing!!! I needed to get to work and my tire warning light came on. I stopped into Pep Boys to see if I could get it checked. I was pretty sure it was just a low air problem, but wanted to make sure. I stopped by the bay and tried to get the tech to help me. He ignored me. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and was headed inside when I saw Missy. She asked if she could help and I told her what was going on. She went to the tech directly and he still refused to help me, so Missy came out to my vehicle and took care of me. The light went off and I made it to work on time. I appreciate her professionalism and friendliness. She is truly an asset and I very much appreciate her taking care of me.
