  • This is an over priced hotel. The customer service was horrible! When we arrived we were asked if we wanted to Check in with their kiosk machine to save time. Bad mistake!!! Took longer than it would of going to the counter and it didn't provide room details. So after printing out our room information and keys, we were standing there waiting for someone to give us direction to our room. The lady told us which way to go but didn't inform us how to read room number to know which floor we were on. It took us 2 times getting on and off elevators before realizing what floor we were on. Then to top that off, we didn't know we had to flash our room key to get the elevator to go!! We got on the elevator because someone was getting off. But we stood in elevator a minute pushing room floor before someone got on and flashed their key and then number lit up and started. About an hour later when I was checking my email, I saw there was a email giving us instructions on what floor and about swiping room key for access to elevator. Wasn't any help to us AFTER the fact!! So we get to our room and walked in to what looked like a cruise ship room. The room was SMALL and beds were full size! No counter space or even a table to sit at. Beds were uncomfortable and hard! We called the front desk and asked if all the rooms were the same size, they said all the rooms were the same, Unless you get a suite. I will never stay there again and highly recommend you to stay elsewhere. We stayed on March 4, 2017 for two days.
