  • Disgraceful business practices. They routinely schedule appointments with Dr. Yan at least 35 minutes before he is even scheduled to ARRIVE at the clinic. ZERO respect for patients. Front desk staff quiz you on your health in front of other patients, despite all the info being in your file. I thought medical information was to be kept private?! No respect for patients or their privacy. Avoid this place.
