  • BRIDES: do NOT shop at this location. My sister is getting married and she scheduled an appointment for all of her bridesmaids to look for dresses. We showed up for the appointment and every associate was already with someone. The woman that we spoke to in the front was extremely rude and told us that we would have to wait approximately 45 minutes until someone was available. My sister was furious, and the woman seemed more irritated when she should have been sympathetic. She, as well as the rest of the staff, were completely unprofessional. We ended up leaving. A brides experience for her and her bridesmaids should be an effortless, once-in-a-lifetime experience and this location provides anything but that.
