  • Had a horrible return experience. I was talked in by a sales associate to buy a floor model and was told that I could return it with in 30 days. I go go return it with the same week and they go get a manager too tell me that since its discontinued the have no record off the item ever do they can't except it. Now I almost walked out because I brought it at a different location but their return policy does not state that it had to go back to the same store do I had to defend my case. Nonetheless they reluctantly accepted the return.
