  • I want the give this place a 5 because their dentists and assistants certainly deserve it. The quality of their service and care is top notch. I came for an implant and found them to be outstanding. They were great about explaining what was going to happen and how I would need to respond. As for why I gave them a score less than 5, their administration did a very poor job of informing me in an advance of the total costs and progression of appointment. I was quite insistent that this information was critical before making an appointment with them. However, AFTER I was in the dental chair the administrator came to me with "Oops, we forgot to mention the added cost for _______" and suddenly 30% more was added to my bill. I was also informed I needed one more appointment than originally told, another "oops". So make sure you press over and over again for procedural information in advance AND in writing. Don't get caught paying more like me.
