  • This five star review is for Joe in the photo department. I stopped in today to get a passport photo. Sam's beats the competition with their price of 4.96 for passport photos. I did some checking and found other places wanted to charge 15.00. I was greeted and assisted by Joe. The process was smooth. I filled out an envelope with my name and phone number. Joe took my photo. What I liked was that he let me review the photos he took and asked me to pick the one I liked the best. It's a passport photo, lol, not sure there is a best? Still I appreciated the fact that I was given an opportunity to share my opinion. I was told that my photos would be ready in about 20 minutes. I walked around, grabbed a churro and a drink from the food court, and headed back over to photo. The passport photo was ready in the time promised. As a result of the speedy and efficient service, I managed to get this all done on my lunch hour, and I got a churro to boot. Thanks Joe!!
