  • All around great company to work with. Gwen was a pleasure over the phone as I was fighting my home warranty last summer. She provided me with a great quote on a 4 ton 14 seer Rheem. I was unsuccessful in my battle with the home warranty and have to save up the money but I finally got my new unit installed. Mike and Hollis came by today, the whole install took approximately 3 hours and a half hour of that was waiting on the crane. Mike is a funny guy and answered all my questions. He even installed my Nest thermostat and helped me get it all set up. Kool Mac is a small business that does right by their customers. Highly recommend.
