Worst customer service ever.
Was looking for a Certain black and red beanie online and saw that zumiez carried it. Online it said I could just pick it up from the store. Got the item number and called this location.
A Stephen said he would hold it for sure. Double checked the item number and everything. He said they only had one left.
Sent my husband right away with the item number.
Husband returned after a few hours as he was doing other Christmas shopping as well and it was the wrong beanie.
How in the world do you manage to give the wrong item after all of that?
My husband said he was in a big hurry it seemed like and I also noticed that on the phone .
I talked to a manager by the name of Quinn because I was pretty upset. We don't live by Meadows mall at all and it's a huge inconvenience all for one beanie and it was all their fault that we didn't obtain the correct item.
He apologized and just said there was nothing they could do but hold the item again .
Won't be doing this through them ever again.
