  • Chase Band & This particular branch has the worst customer service !! There were originally 10 inside teller spots and they have closed them down to 3 and when it comes to getting into the safe deposit boxes? Forget it... Stand in a vacant looking lobby just to have someone come from the back room to place you on a list, a list that they don't know who was in the lobby first type of list. Then toy get the "oh I'm sorry sir our 2 personal bankers are busy so it will be about a 15 minute wait.. 15 minutes just to have someone walk me to the vault so I can get to my safe deposit box. Oh and I forgot to mention that wow they offer coffee while you wait the 20 minutes, but don't ask to you a bathroom now that the coffee has worked its way through you because they will tell you they don't have one for you to use. I would post pics but I would hate to have these minions a reason to put me on some government watch list......
