  • Maintenance - inside and outside needs to be remodeled, not for styling concerns but because the appliances are old and break and when something does need to be fixed whether minor, air vent broken or major washer or fridge breaks, they will tell you they Will call maintenance guy. It will take 2-3 days for guy to look at problem and declare, yes this needs to be fixed. They will then order part and it will be an additional 3-4 days, once it arrives, it may or may not be the right part. It will break again within a week, repeat process. Landscaping - looks nice however the crew shows up at 7:45am Monday - Friday with chain saws, wood chippers, lawn mowers, and laughing and yelling and whistling. So the positive side to this is that you will save some money on buying an alarm clock since they wake you up inconsiderably every morning. Gym - features about 4 machines from 40 years ago in a room the size of a large bathroom. Pool - Does get cleaned sometimes but is very dirty at times. So not very impressive. Staff/ownership - when you visit front desk to ask questions or report a problem, they are very defensive and not very willing to help, they act as if your just trying to spend more of their money.
