  • I am a new patient to Dr. Roth, he took the time to discuss everything I wanted to talk about, asked lots of questions and seemed to genuinely take an interest in my health. I feel like I will be very happy with him. The woman who schedules for him is a different story... she's curt on the phone and can't work a computer. I asked her to email me the new patient forms, she said she can't, she can only fax them. Luckily, I got a hold of someone else in the office who was more tech savvy. She emailed me the forms and I emailed them back, I believe her name was Joy, she was great. He needs to get rid of the lady who schedules for him or teach her some phone etiquette because she's rude! She is the reason for the lost star.
