  • Echo Coffeehouse is off of 68th Street and Thomas in a brand new building shell. They did a great job with the TI's and are right across the street from TT's Roadhouse. My wife and I stop there because it is a convenient place to meet, always has parking and they do a great job with the coffee (I get Iced Coffee; she gets Tea or water) and an even better job on the sandwiches. I recommend either the Tuna Sandwich (made of white beans/tuna/light olive oil on flat bread) or the Curry Chicken. Both times we ate there the food was fresh, well made and well presented. I recommend this place to anyone who likes well-made, light lunches with a good, cold coffee drink. What would give it FIVE stars would be for it to survive the summer and host live music and/or art stuff at night.
