This is the first buffet I have ever visited in Las Vegas (on about my 8th trip). So, maybe I should be more impressed, but it was just ok.
We got there just before 10am. Go before checkout time. We did not wait in a line. When we left at about 11:20 there were about 150 people in line.
Our server didn't seem that busy but also didn't come around very often. She always cleared my plate when I didn't want her to but wasn't there to give me more champagne.
The selections were good. I am not a big eater really, but there was a ton of variety. Fill up on meats, fruits, and eggs before you hit those filling carbs! The desserts area was awesome. Tons of mini pastries, cheesecakes, tortes, etc.
There were some lunch-type items already at 10am.
I would go here again if I was staying at Caesar's, but I think my breakfast at Central (in the lobby) was better.
