  • I called this place at 4:45pm today to ask if they can cut my hair for woman's cut. The lady on the phone said ok. Then I came in and waited for 15 minutes. Then I see the woman hair stylist leaves the place. They didn't even say anything to me as I was waiting. Then I asked if Connnie or any female hair stylist is available. Then they said she is busy and have to leave. They should have told me from the beginning that they are busy and I would not have bothered to come. The english level at this place is terrible and I would not come back here again. If you open a salon in Canada, at least put the effort to learn english so you can communicate with your customers! My husband goes here regularly now for his haircut for men's cut for $15 with the male barber/stylist. I thought this place would be decent for woman's cut and wanted to give a try today. I would not come back here again as the staff have horrible english and the service is not good for new customers!
