  • I bring my son here because the other place I used to go sucks. The only thing I hate is the check in process, last month I checked in online, it said about a 20 min wait so we got there in 10 min, w/10 min to spare. We ended up waiting for almost an hr, so I asked the woman wtf? She said even though you check in online there's people who walk in that are ahead of you and that we just have to wait...ok, so why check in online? After counting to ten and taking deep breaths, I calmed down and just accepted it and moved on. Fast forward a month later (today) I went on the app to check my son in and for some reason the app wasn't working, so I called. Told the woman about the app and she said no prob she can check him in over the phone. She said it'll be about a half hr wait... fine. I got there 10 min early and checked in, she said my son was next. 2 people walk in and get called before my son, I asked the woman wtf? Again! THIS time she says they take people who check in online FIRST and the walk ins have to wait! Complete opposite of what they told me last month... wow! Besides, I wasn't a "walk- in" I called to check him in a half hr earlier! This whole process is fuc**ing stupid, whether you walk in or check in online, seems like it doesn't matter
