I have to say that I only gave this brewery 2 stars for the flight I had - which I must say was generic/standard at best. If I could give negative stars for customer service - I would without a second thought.
I've been to breweries across the Midwest and while in Las Vegas made it a point to go out of my way to stop here. I'm a beer nerd - it happens living in Michigan. I will admit I had high hopes based on reviews I have read and dismissed the few negative views based on customer service - they were unfortunately spot on based on my experience. It was a Monday night and there were only a few of us at the bar - I understand Monday nights are traditionally slow and breweries and lightly staffed. That doesn't mean you completely ignore customers and act as if they are nothing more than a burden.
As far as the beers go - they were adequate and it was nice to have beers that are more on the level I am used to. Nothing blew my mind or made me feel I needed to purchase a growler/merchandise. Granted this might have been because of my customer service experience. Which is all I can think of since it was my worst experience at any brewery and made me regret my decision to go out of my way to check it out.
