  • I was in the market for some vape equipment. Being a vape virgin, I knew absolutely nothing walking in to this store. The lady behind the counter (I'm sorry, but I forgot her name) was very patient with me as she thoroughly answered all of my questions and concerns. After spending a good amount of time with me, I thanked her and left because I wanted to do some price shopping. As I was driving away, I felt really guilty that I didn't purchase anything from her, so I made a u-turn and returned to the store. Although I have nothing but praise for her friendly customer service, I felt as though she did somewhat mislead me. First, she sold me vape juice that was much too strong for me. Secondly, she had me purchase a separate wall charger for the batteries, something I didn't realize that I didn't need at all. Oh well, I have myself to blame for that. Still an overall great experience, but those minor issues prevent me from awarding this business 5 stars.
