I frequently stay at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas and often end up eating at Central since it is conveniently located near the lobby, close to the Augustus tower and open 24 hours. I am torn between giving this place 1 and 2 stars. Given my recent experiences I will give it 2 stars max. They had a tuna burger on the menu which was delicious and we really liked it and actually had it twice during one stay, only to learn that the quality can be choppy. We had it for lunch right before we left for the airport to catch a flight. By the time we got to the car rental facility, we could feel it in the stomach. Five minutes later we were sprinting towards the rental car shuttle, hoping to make it to the United Club and unload. As soon as we made it to the Club, we ran to the restroom - explosive diarrhea - the fish was on its way back to the sea within an hour on consumption. Both of us had the tuna burger was lunch and both of us had to run to the loo. Outside of this experience, we frequently have breakfast here - it tends to be expensive - pretty standard breakfast for two with coffee and OJ can run you north of $50.
