  • 0 stars. Debatably the worst transportation company in the entire nation. DO NOT give the your money. They are disrespectful, do not care about their brand name or image, and most of all - they don't care about you, your ride as a passenger, or the safety of your ride They will leave early, come late, or whatever they please. They will leave without you even if you are on time, and they will be rude and disrespectful to the point where they ruin your day. Do not travel with them. There are many other options to get to the suburbs from Champaign. Use Peoria Charter or Greyhound or Amtrak or anything! But - if you do travel Suburban Express, you will experience the terrible ride firsthand. Don't do it.
