I showed up on time for my appointment and filled out all the necessary paperwork but when it came to the photo consent form I refused to sign due to privacy concerns.
The front desk women told me the Dr. will not see me unless I sign and agree to take photos for publication and for their chart. Photos should be optional! They had my ID and insurance cards to verify my identity I don't see why any other photos are necessary. It's very strange for a doctors office to make something like this a requirement and patients are entitled to their privacy. I guess the doctors here don't care about losing new patients. They also ask for Yelp reviews. I will be reporting this to my insurance company and warning patients about this place.
